We want you to love your Chive Ceramic pieces. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Email our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Pack Carefully

  Securely pack the item in its original box with all protective padding to prevent breakage during transit.

  Ship Item

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once we inspect the returned item, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
